We are seeking a highly motivated IT Associate Trainee to join our Smart team. You will provide efficient and effective IT application support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

Location:Â Pune
Experience: Fresher – 6 Months
Role and Responsibility :
- Assist in validating and fulfilling client requirements.
- Perform basic application validation and support tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
- Provide client support via email, phone, and remote assistance.
- Help manage incidents and maintain records of resolutions.
Education and Skills :
- IT Fresher (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, M.Sc. IT) with 0 to 6 months of experience.
- Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL, networking, Windows, and scripting.
- Excellent communication (Must Have)
- Knowledge of basic programming language concepts, HTML, NodeJS, JavaScript (Good to have)
