- Manages complaint handling activities

- May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization under Engineering with 0-1 years of experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills
