Role and Responsibility :
- Import, process, validate and edit data transmitted from the Field organization.Â
- Create and validate accurate and timely reports, data and invoices and distribute as per project specifications.Â
- Meet all customer and internal deadlines.Â
- Track and report on the status of projects in production.Â
- Utilize tools to process data based on specific customer requirements.Â
- Adhere to quality assurance standards.Â
Education and Skills :
- Minimum qualificationsÂ
- Ability to learn processes, procedures and software independently and quickly. Â
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft computer software to include Access, Excel and Word. Â
- Highly organized and detail oriented. Â
- Must understand the concept of databases. Â
