Job Description:

The role will be responsible to support IT External Audits Submissions & Compliance across IT Enterprise Infrastructure Vertical engaging with various teams and divisions supporting multiple technology platforms. Responsible for completing assigning, tracking, and timely RFI submissions, review Daily Audit requirements and track External Audit observations for Ent Infra Vertical till closure

Role and Responsibilities:

CITOQ- Observability and Incident Management
· Candidate will be responsible for critical incident ticket logging, broadcast timely status to all stakeholders.
· Monitor Success rate of application transaction and services.
CPT-Operations – IT (Change Processing Team)
· Assessment of all Change tickets for documentation as per the change management process at new state, scheduled state, authorized state, Review state etc.
· Prepare the Change Advisory Board (CAB) agenda via CAB workbench and circulate it with the CAB chairperson, panel members and change initiators on daily basis
DPC Service Desk
· Responsible for executing assigned checklists, special user requests & adhoc/bulk Job processing requests in the shift.
· To facilitate the batch incident requests, as per defined procedure by the HDFC Bank, this would help in response & escalation.
