Job Description :
This position in the Quality Analytics team is responsible for developing Power BI dashboards and generating actionable insights from quality data. Responsibilities include collaborating with quality stakeholders to understand business needs, creating solution blueprints or POCs, and partnering with IT to industrialize analytics solutions. Additional duties involve testing solutions, developing training content and documentation, managing user access, and maintaining GxP-compliant records according to the Novartis Quality Management System.Â

Role and Responsibilities :
- Develop Power BI dashboards and generate actionable business insights from quality data.
- Collaborate with quality stakeholders to understand business needs and create solution blueprints or POCs.
- Work with IT to provide technical requirements and enable industrialized analytics solutions.
- Test solutions, create training content, and educate business users on new tools.
- Track solution adoption, gather feedback, and coordinate enhancements with IT.
- Manage user access and adheres to GxP guidelines
Education and Skills:
- Bachelors in computer Engineering or Advanced Degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Data Science, Business Administration
- 0-4 years of working experience in domains of business intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science
- Functional Breadth of Quality Domain
- QC/ QA in pharmaceutical ind./ biotech with environmental monitoring & Collaborating across boundaries.
