Job Title: Analytics Associate
Job Type: Full Time
Work Location: Hyderabad
Experience : Fresher – 1 Years
Roles and Responsibility:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and issues for functional and leadership level audience, customize the reporting artifacts based on the audience.
- Develop solutions for reporting and data needs through means such as dashboards, reports, powerpoint presentations
- Build appropriate reports and visualization to present complex KPI’s and information for meaningful interpretations and able to summarize key insights for management.
- Apply knowledge of business, customer and/or products/services/portfolios to synthesize data to ‘form a story’ and convey the insights effectively
Independently perform ad hoc data analysis and is able to turn the analysis into meaningful, actionable insights - Adhere to compliance and risk management guidelines and standards.
Education and Skills
- Bachelors / Master’s Degree with 0 – 12 months of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Beginner to advanced level skills in PowerBI and exposure to Power Platforms, Tableau & Python or willing to learn
- Exposure to Excel, Python with ability to automate data management processes
- Experience in data querying tool like SQL. Be able to write complex queries using SQL.
