Job Description :
As a GTM Content Delivery Support Associate, you will contribute to the delivery of impactful go to market content and sustenance of the trusted content collection. You’ll work closely with a global team of content professionals to help ensure content requests are fulfilled accurately and on time, while developing your skills in content management, user experience, GenAI and collaborative working.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Sustain the health and relevancy of EY’s trusted collection of go to market content by executing assigned content activities to include:
- Web publishing, selection and optimization of graphics/imagery as relevant
- Build and update simple web pages with appropriate templates and instruction
- Content migration and bulk updates
- Review and remediation of auto-sanitized deliverables
- Content update requests (edits, file changes, metadata changes etc) in Adobe CMS/Workfront and SharePoint
- Application of defined standards and EY visual brand identity to provide a consistent, intuitive user experience
- Use available tools and GenAI to complete assigned tasks and contribute to improvements in quality, usability and consistency
- Communicate effectively with management and colleagues, seeking guidance where necessary to ensure timely fulfilment of requests
- Assist in testing and release activities for content management tools and workflows.
- Embrace a culture of learning, inclusion, and collaboration to support your own development and that of the team.
Education and Skills :
- Interest in EY’s go-to-market strategy and how content supports business growth.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and established processes.
- Willingness to learn about user experience and design principles.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, GenAI tools (EYQ skills, Copilot etc), basic knowledge of web production technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Python) and willingness to learn EY’s content management tools (Adobe CMS, Workfront, SharePoint etc).
- Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback and collaboration.
