Role And Responsibility :
- Assist with the configuration, installation, and maintenance of computer systems hardware and software.
- Help monitor system performance and identify issues.
- Support in the execution of backup procedures and restoration of systems.
- Provide operational support for application servers, database servers, and other peripheral equipment.
- Document processes and maintain logs for troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in maintaining the security of operating systems.
- Follow established protocols for system updates and maintenance.
- Support the team in various IT projects as needed.
- Liaise with team members to understand user requirements.
- Provide basic IT support to end-users.
Education and Skills
- Basic IT Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental IT concepts, systems, and terminology.
- Hardware Installation: Skills in setting up computer hardware and peripheral devices.
